Ilot de Sable Blanc beach
Ilot de Sable Blanc is a sandy beach located a few kilometers southeast of Mayotte. It is located on a barrier reef and lacks infrastructure. They come here to dive, snorkel, rest from the hustle and bustle. The local beach is suitable for family vacation due to the clean water, smooth depths, mainly calm weather.

The local water are rich in fish. There are butterfly fish, lilies, giant tridacs, royal angels, blue surgeons and other representatives of the fauna. The island's water are ais also decorated with motley reefs and lush algae. To admire these beauties, you need to walk 50-60 meters west of the island and immerse yourself in the water.

To get to the island, you need to buy a tour from a travel agency or negotiate with Mayotte fishermen. The important thing - there are no shops. Tourists have to take food and meal with them.
Ilot de Sable Blanc is one of Mayotte's popular location. A large number of day tours are arranged here during summer. In spring and autumn, a calmer atmosphere reigns here.
