Wood beach
Xyla Beach is located in the northwest direction of Kea Island. Getting to the place of rest is not easy at all, since on a certain section of the road the road passes into a rather narrow dirt path, on which it is possible to travel only on a motorcycle or you need to walk. Because of this, not many tourists visit the beach.

Despite its inaccessability, Xyla is considered to be a very popular and famous beach, especially among the locals. In addition to them, ferries often come to the shore, which under the stormy noise of the waves can not even be heard. The beach area is rather scenic, the shore is covered with the golden sand, alternating with fine pebbles, and the sea is always clean, but deep. Therefore, it is better to choose another resort for vacation with children, here it is better to have a rest for experienced swimmers.
The fact that the beach is visited by vacationers is evidence by the presence of sun loungers with umbrellas, so that the area can be called a well-organized place of rest. This is a great place for tourists who want to enjoy the unity with nature, as well as for those who like peace and tranquility.
