Taganrog Primorsky Beach beach
Taganrog Primorsky Beach is located next to the park of the same name. It is one of the most favorite places of rest for citizens and guests of Taganrog. This neighborhood gives the beach an additional charm and attracts a huge number of people. A General reconstruction was started in the park In 2018. The old asphalt was replaced with modern paving slabs. The stairs leading to the sea were repaired. Old and diseased trees were removed. New lanterns, benches and arbors were installed.

The beach is small, covered with sand mixed with small stones. There are areas of limestone along the edges, resembling sharp pumice. There is the same picture at the bottom, so in order not to hurt your feet, you should use special shoes (this advice is relevant for all the beaches of Taganrog!).The sea is shallow and warm. The shore is protected from strong waves by special concrete slabs.
The beach is clean. Garbage and algae are removed in a timely manner. The order and safety of vacationers are monitored by rescuers. There is a medical center. A comfortable swimming area is marked with buoys. Warning signs are installed in prohibited areas.
The beach is equipped with toilets, showers, changing rooms and fountains with drinking water. There are a few sunshades. You can wait out the midday heat in the park. There is beach volleyball, bouncy castle slides and trampolines for children. Water rides are not available because of the insufficient depth of the sea.
You can have a snack in the numerous cafes located in the park. There are concession stands, which sell drinks and ice cream on the shore. Entrance to the beach is free and year-round. It is better to avoid unlit areas on the edges of the beach at night, so as not to get hurt on sharp stones. On weekdays, you can watch helicopters and planes flying directly overhead (there is an aircraft factory nearby).
The beach is located in the city, you can get to it by public transport. if you want to go to the sea, you need to go through the Primorsky Park and go down the stairs. A parking is provided for bicycles in the park, but the car will have to leave outside the green area.
When is the best time to go?
