Lefkathia beach
Lefkathia is a small, but quite popular among holidaymakers Chios beach. It is located in a picturesque enclosed bay on the northwestern edge of the island, between two picturesque villages - Limnos with the beach of the same name and the port of Limnia, about 2 km from the village of Volissos. Among all the beaches in the northwest of the island of Lefkatia is the most famous and most visited.

Lefkstia is inferior in its scenic landscapes to mavros Volya or Agia Fotia, but at the same time it has its own unique charm. - the waters are cooler than on any other beach in Chios, but the beach is perfect for sunbathing.
The sea off the coast of Lefkatia is impressively crystal clear and deep-water. But the coast has a shallow water area, which allows you to rest here and with children. The beach is very popular among vacationers, and the most crowded here on weekends.
When is the best time to go?
