Asparagus beach
Sparagario is a wild beach opposite the village of Kapsali. On its territory there are no roads, pathos bars and comfortable sunbeds. But there are majestic cliffs, outlandish shrubs, snow-white pebbles, clean and warm sea. The local coast is sparsely populated (by greek standards). From 2-3 to several dozens of people gather here during the day. In the morning and at night the beach remains deserted.

Sparagario is characterized by a smooth depth difference, a mild refreshing breeze and almost complete absence of waves. Here are ideal conditions for vacation with children, sunbathing, climbing, diving, snorkeling and swimming. The coast of the sea opens stunning views of the Venetian town, the mountain range, picturesque ships and deep blue sea.
This place is recommended for people who love a quite vacation without annoying businessmen, noisy tourists, loud music. Kapsali is located a few kilometer from Sparagario. There are hotels, restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops.
The beach is located in the south of the island of Kitira. You can reach here by bus, private car or taxi.
When is the best time to go?
Grčka - zemlja dugačke dužine od sjevera do juga, pa će se preporuke razlikovati ovisno o mjestu u koje idete. Sezona godišnjih odmora počinje u maju, a vrhunac dostiže u julu-avgustu: ima previše turista, a temperatura na južnim ostrvima dostiže 40 stepeni, što možda još uvijek ne igra ulogu na plaži, ali svakako nije pogodno za razgledavanje. Dakle, najbolje vrijeme za opuštanje u Grčkoj je kraj proljeća-početak ljeta ili septembar-oktobar.
