Posolsky sor beach
Such a concept as "litter" is used in relation to a closed sandy foreland of a shallow bay in the Baikal region. In general, there are several of them in that zone, but Posolsky Sor is the most popular among vacationers. Besides, it has convenient location - close to rail road and highways.

Water in summer season warms up to +20-22 and is quite comfortable for swimming. It is less transparent than on the open shores of the lake, and the bottom is, as a rule, with seaweed. Therefore, it is here where fishing lovers spend their time, as there "drossy" fish are fattening: roach, crucian, perch and pike.
It is the winiest and the warmest place on Baikal. Windsurfers come here to compete in their skills, and just lovers of wildlife as well, who want to enjoy pristine nature away from civilization and live in tents. One more advantage is that the water is shallow, so even beginners can stand on the deck – such an attempt is not dangerous.
In the bay there are two resort areas: Baikal Surf and Kultushnaya. It is necessary to note that the shore is quite convenient for vacation, and with children as well. It can be compared with the west coast of cold water and rocky bottom. Here, in contrary, beaches are distinguished by fine soft sand and warm shallow water.
When is better to go?

On the shore of Posolsky Sor there are about 70 recreation bases, which offer accomodation at affordable prices. Locals also can help with comfortable stay a night - many provide tourists with guest houses or rooms in their houses.
