Uchkuevka beach

The fact is that most of the Sevastopol beaches are rather rough sections of concrete, descending directly into the sea. Although there is no descent - it’s just an unfinished cliff. This is a rare sandy beach in the vicinity of Sevastopol, which gathers in the summer on its territory an army of families with children. And it is not surprising, because it is difficult to find a more or less decent beach in the neighborhood that would suit children. Especially if you don’t have a car.
The beach stretches 2 km in length, so there is enough space for everyone, despite the fact that there is no shortage of vacationers. And even remoteness from the city center does not bother anyone - everyone wants to relax in this wonderful place. It is located in the area of Uch-Kuyu village, the former estate of Admiral Ushakov. Even in the 18th century, it was laid by him a large area and incredibly beautiful park, in the lopsided shade of which on a sunny day every vacationer can take a breath.
The reason for the popularity of this place lies in the fine sand, a gentle descent into the sea and the absence of pebbles, stones and debris at the bottom, so the beach is absolutely safe for those who like to not only sunbathe, but also swim. Due to its shallow depth, the water warms up in May and remains warm until October - its temperature is suitable for bathing even the smallest tourists. In addition, various entertainment options are organized for them on the beach.
When is the best time to go?
