Golden Sands beach
Golden Sands is a long strip of beaches from the northern outskirts of Feodosia to the village of Beregovoye. It stretches six kilometers deep into the Gulf of Feodosia and includes the beaches of the boarding houses “Golden Beach”, “Scarlet Sails”, “Ukraine”, 117 Beach, Sunrise beach, the beach of the village of Beregovoye and wild beaches in the vicinity of Lake Ashchigol.

Feodosia Golden Sands since the Soviet times has been a favorite vacation spot for families with small children, because the sea in the bay is always warm and shallow, and the gentle sand really shines in the sun like precious metal. There are practically no high waves and strong winds, and only the presence of jellyfish, which are brought by sea currents from time to time, can be called cons.
The sea in the Feodosia Gulf is warm and calm everywhere, the bottom is safe and comfortable, the entrance to the water is smooth and gradual. There is practically no natural shadow, which must be taken into account when choosing “wild” sites for recreation.
In recent years, Club-117, located in the vicinity of the Beregovoye village, has gained great popularity among tourists and residents of Crimea. In the daytime it is a favorite vacation spot for couples with children, and by evening the beach becomes the epicenter of fashionable club life. The Club-117 and Sunrise beach bars are open all night, fashionable DJs and popular music groups perform on a huge indoor dance floor, and spectacular pyrotechnic shows and fireworks are often held. The entertainment program usually starts at 22.00 and lasts until the morning. The territory is protected and equipped with video surveillance cameras.
The second most popular in these places is considered the beach of the village of Beregovoe. It starts from the “Golden Beach” camp site and stretches for almost a kilometer along the entire village. The territory is equipped with toilets, showers and changing cabins, there is the opportunity to rent sun loungers and accommodate under sunshades. Convenient wooden walkways are laid around the perimeter, there are benches, tents for recreation, children's and sports grounds. On the beach you can have fun with water rides, as well as a snack in the coastal cafe. Next door is the Nemo Dolphinarium and the Field of Miracles children's park.
In the vicinity of Lake Ashchigol, there are “wild” sections of the Gold Coast. The sea and sand here are the same as on popular beaches, but there are fewer people, and there are practically no amenities. People usually come here to do water sports, diving with a mask or just staying alone with nature. On the beach you can have a picnic and set up a camp, the main thing is to take care of repellents - there are a lot of mosquitoes near the lake.
When is the best time to go?
Vremenski uvjeti na Krimu ovise o mjestu na kojem ćete se odmarati: dok je na južnoj obali relativno toplo i vlažno, tada na drugim mjestima može biti hladnije i suho. Period između kraja maja i uključivo prve polovine jula smatra se idealnim vremenom za izlet kada su se zrak i more već zagrijali (23-25 stepeni), ali prava vrućina još nije došla. Ako više volite toplije vrijeme, odaberite drugu polovicu jula ili početak augusta.

Infrastructure
Along There are many different hotels, private pensions and guest houses on the coast, budget tourists can rent a room or apartment from local residents. All beaches are free and are freely available, except for the territories of medical boarding houses and children's camps. Therefore, any tourist can comfortably relax on the Gold Coast and, based on personal preferences, choose a place for you to taste.
All the beaches are equipped with toilets, changing rooms and showers, in the summer season, lifeguard surveillance is organized. Children can have fun in the rides, while adults are invited to relax by the beach bars. The beaches are equipped with wooden walkways, so it is convenient to move around with strollers.
Along the entire beach runs an asphalt highway, along which shuttle buses and minibuses run. The journey from the center of Feodosia takes from fifteen minutes to half an hour, depending on the end point of the route, you can use your own transport or taxi. There are plenty of parking lots along the highway, on wild beaches you can drive right up to the water.
