“Mandarin” beach is located in the central part of Sochi, near the shopping center of the same name. It is covered with soft sand of light gray color, where you can walk without sandals. Its length exceeds 300 m and its width reaches 70 m. This place also has the following advantages:
- gentle entry into the sea - the depth begins after 5-7 meters;
- the presence of pedestrian paths and wooden flooring, allowing you to bypass rare areas with pebbles;
- warm, clear and mostly calm sea;
- beautiful design - picturesque gazebos, exotic plants, art installations decorate the coast.
Part of the beach is reserved for wooden bungalows with thatched roofs, ornate railings and soft pillows. In other areas, parasols and comfortable sun loungers are installed. The main contingent of "Mandarin" is the middle class, ready to pay for comfort and quality service. Occasionally there are “wild beach people” sunbathing on towels.
Interesting fact: The official name for the beach is “VinoGraD”. “Mandarin” is the national nickname for the beach.
