Durso beach
This is a beach fenced on all sides by green cliffs, with clear water and small pebbles ... In fact, it is strange that so few people still know about it. The beach is a part of the conservation area and is located inside the small village of Durso, near Novorossiysk. There it is quiet, cozy and calm, and from the beach there are picturesque views and panoramas with the Caucasus mountains and the sea of aquamarine hue. Since Durso beach is located in a bay, it is almost impossible to catch windy weather here. On the sea surface calm and silence reigns - for the lack of waves this secluded place is loved by families with small children. Despite the lack of wind, the air on the beach is exceptional: behind the beach there is a conservation area where juniper and coniferous forests grow.
Durso Beach occupies 5,000 square meters and consists of two separate plots:
- one - Central beach with sun loungers, parasols and wooden paths leading to the sea;
- the second is located beyond the mountains, mostly nudists rest there.
It is on a wild beach where people pitch tents and stay there for several weeks. This place attracts nature lovers with the lack of infrastructure and basic amenities.
Both beaches are pebble, though on the Central the stones are smaller and more convenient for walking. Regarding water, it is transparent and clean along the entire beach. Firstly, this is the “merit" of pebbles, and secondly, a small number of vacationers. The village is just developing and few people know about the local beauties.
