Sarande beach

The Coast is wide, long, located in the same named bay. More is azure and warm in the season. The bottom and coast are pebbles of small size. The entrance to the water is smooth, to the depth it is necessary to pass at least 10 meters. In Albania, rains are rare, most of the year here is sunny. The conditions are favorable for rest with children, but in general Sarandyo is a resort for young people who enjoys active, beach holidays and night noisy parties in clubs.

In Parallel to the coastline there is a large embankment with cafes, restaurants, bars, night clubs, souvenir shops, trampolines. There is a rental of scooters, catamarans, many shops with ice cream, soft drinks.

Saranda thrives, infrastructure has grown every year. Apartments, hotels, guest houses nearly the sea beach are being actively built, excursion business is flourishing. Most of the apartments are only available in summer – at the height of the season. This is one of the best resorts on the entire coast of the Ionian Sea. There are no attractions on the beach, tourists should visit the ancient city of Butrint under the protection of UNESCO to see the sights, to the island of Kofru, to the source of Syri Kalter, descend to the Konispolskie caves with traces of the residence of ancient people in this territory.

Air temperature from June to August varies between + 28 - +32 degrees. Summer is mild, hot. The beach season lasts from May to October. In the highlands, the climate is colder.
