Beach description
The shore is surrounded by mountains that protect the beaches from high waves and strong winds. This is a perfect place to bring your children to. But it's advised to bring slippers for comfortable and safe walking on the pebbly surface. Summer here is long and very warm, winter is soft, and downfalls are rare. This climate makes Neum attractive for tourists all year long. Neum will be perfect for those who like romantic, calm vacations, as many beaches here are solitary; one, for example, is accessible through a tunnel.
Activities include: scooter riding, water skiing, diving, parasailing, water polo in the city pool, boat and catamaran rides, and night clubs and bars in the evening. The main natural sight is the pine park that stretches along the whole shore.
When is the best time to go?
The best time to travel to the beaches of Bosnia and Herzegovina is summer, when the water is already warm enough for swimming.
