Beach description
Larvotto is an artificial sandy beach with developed infrastructure. The territory is covered with coarse white sand, pleasant for bare feet. In hot weather, the sand is heated a lot, so it’s more convenient to walk in beach slippers. The entry into the water is relatively sloping, the bottom is sandy. The bottom is deep a few meters from the beach. In coastal waters there are no jellyfish and other marine inhabitants, since the beach area several tens of meters from the coast is protected by a special net. The water is pure, clear. From spring to late autumn, the water temperature is comfortable for swimming.
The beach is divided into several paid and free sectors. On paid private areas there is a rental of comfortable sunbeds and parasols, designed in the same style. The cost of renting a sunbed is €15, a parasol is €5. At free areas, visitors sit on towels or covers directly in the sand. It is possible to bring along a parasol.
The entire territory of Larvotto is equipped with fresh water showers, changing cabins, toilets. In close proximity there are 24-hour cafes, bars, restaurants. Parties are often held on the beach.
When is it better to go
The best time for a beach holiday in Monaco — the period from may to October, when the temperature ranges from +25° - +30°C. In may, you can sunbathe, as the water temperature does not exceed +19°C. The sea becomes comfortable for swimming by the end of June, when the water warms up to + 22-23°C. In August, the water temperature rises to +26°C.

Lucky beggars or loosers of a nearby casino come to the beach at any time of the day - to celebrate a win or to seek sympathy.
In the center of Monte Carlo expensive gourmet restaurants, mainly French and Mediterranean, are concentrated. Some establishments prepare dishes according to recipes, that are kept in the strictest secret. The general impression of the pathos restaurants of Monte Carlo - very tasty, very exquisite and insanely expensive.
