Maliu Mai beach
Maliu Mai is a small resort on the south coast of Tutuila Island, a few kilometers from Fogagogo Airport. The hotel has a well-maintained sandy beach. In windy weather, there is a safe pool. Excellent conditions for surfing, swimming and diving are on the beach in the village of Alega behind the Vailoatai Sliding Cliff. The coast in the area of Maliu Mai is characterized by high ocean surf, which often makes an almost insurmountable obstacle to swimming.
