Long Beach
Long-Beach is a beach on Koror island, in the capital of Palau. The place is popular among locals and tourists from all over the world.

Beach description
On the coast lies white fine sand, the water is clear, clean and warm. The bottom lowering is smooth, there are no stones in the water, the beach is shallow. Conditions are suitable for vacation with kids. At the peak of the season(spring months) the ocean is calm, high waves do not rise. There are numerous dive centers, hotels, restaurants and shops nearby. The resort is popular among snorkeling and scuba diving fans, many tourists go to deep-sea fishing. Most of the refined beaches belong to coastal hotels.

- dolphin center;
- international coral reef research center with aquarium;
- on the south coast are Chandelier Caves;
- on the northwestern coast in Pacific ocean waters there are many sunken ships of the Second World War.
Many vacationers go for tours from Koror to the coral Rock islands. It is uninhabited protected area that requires permit to visit. Here you can go diving, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, visit Jellyfish lake.
When is it better to go
Palau has presumably a tropical marine climate. The average annual temperature is 27.5 degrees above zero. There is a lot of rainfall, even in the driest months. More precipitation falls between May and November. From June to December there is a chance of typhoons. The best time to visit Palau – is from February to March.
