Argyle beach

Argyle Beach is a popular rocky beach located on the windward northeast side of St. Vincent Island in the Caribbean Sea, in Ovia Bay.

Beach description

Unusual dark sand from volcanic rocks lies on the coast and bottom. The landscape of the resort is similar to Scotland. Swimming is problematic here. The beach is attractive for those who like to snorkel and dive. There are many deep caves under water.

Many people come to the beach to go windsurfing or trekking (hiking). There is a variety of diving sites on the island, where everyone will be taught scuba diving. The beach is popular with snorkeling enthusiasts. In the water there are many unusual fish, corals, sponges, underwater gardens, reefs. There are outlets of underwater springs. Banana trees, cocoa, coconuts, nutmeg, breadfruit grow near the resort.
