Pinky beach
Pinky Beach is considered to be the best on Rottnest Island. The picturesque bay is calm and offers excellent beach vacations and fantastic views. Thanks to the unusual color of the beach in the sunset rays, it got its name "Pink Beach".

Pinky Beach is located in a small bay the rocky areas of which serve as natural breakerwaters. The beach here is covered with fine light sand of the ocean bottom. Stones appear in deeper places. Water is warn, clean and transparent in the bay. The water entry is comfortable and safe.
Rottnest island provides few variants for dwelling rent. The most hotels are situated by the local pier, in close vicinity to the beach.
Rottnest island has small area (20 sq. km) but its entire territory is a natural reservation. Tourists have bicycle rides in the neighborhood, and enjoy the views. In the eastern part of the beach, an old lighthouse, built in 1900, is situated.
When is it better to go
