Trou d’Argent beach
The legend says that a pirate treasure is buried on this small beach. However, Trou d’Argent itself can be called a treasure of the Rodriguez island and one of the most beautiful beaches in the Indian Ocean. Surrounded by cliffs, it is accessible only to walking visitors, offering them a 45-minute trekking along the coastal path from Pointe Coton.

Beach description
The owner of three secluded bays Trou d’Argent is simply created for a romantic pastime. When choosing it, you can eat in one of the four Indian restaurants and stay in a hotel or guesthouse with a homely atmosphere. These tourist sites are located in 10 or 15 km from the beach.
The experience of an island holiday on Trou d’Argent will be remembered for swimming and snorkeling in clear emerald waters and sunbathing in soft white sand. During the hours when waves appear on the sea, you can go windsurfing, water skiing, have fun exploring the corals laid out on the sand or exploring the sculptural landscape of a rocky bay with herds of grazing goats. On fine days, according to local fishermen, in the coastal lagoon you can see not only colorful parrot fish, but also a chain leading to hidden pirate treasures.
