Bray beach

Bray is a popular beach on the territory of the coastal town of the same name in the county of Wicklow, 20 km from the capital of Ireland. The resort is suitable for recreation with the whole family, children and friends. The resort is popular with the locals – the Irish spend their weekends, holidays and vacations here.

Beach description

Bray is an ecologically clean, safe and well-developed beach, as evidenced by the Blue Flag mark awarded annually by UNESCO.

On the beach, you can practice yachting, fishing, surfing, diving, swimming and rowing. In the vicinity there're golf courses, horse, yachting and tennis clubs. Many cafes, restaurants, bars with interesting food, national drinks of Ireland: ale, beer, stouts. Festivals and events are held annually: the world-famous five-day carnival of St. Patrick's, Bray Jazz and Summerfest music contests, Killruddery Film Festival. There are galleries, museums, art house centers and film studios open all over the city.
