Jami Beach
Jami Beach is considered one of the most comfortable in the vicinity of the capital of Dagestan and is very popular with tourists and locals. This is the only beach on the Caspian Coast of Dagestan, which fully complies with all sanitary and epidemiological standards of safe swimming. Another important advantage is its convenient location-near Jami is the highway leading to the airport. Regular buses and trolleybuses run directly to the beach from Kaspiysk and Makhachkala. The stop is called “Recreation Center Jami”.

Beach description
Jami Beach is a rectangle of regular shape with a width of 60-70 meters. The private area belonging to the recreation center of the same name, stretches in length for 200-300 meters, equipped with sunbeds and reed canopies from the sun. Jami borders with Oasis beach from the North. There is a sanatorium "Dagestan" and a water park to the South of it.
The Coastline is covered with soft golden sand. The sea is shallow. The entrance to the water is smooth and safe. Jami is clean. Seaweed is cleaned in a timely manner (unlike most local beaches). Garbage is regularly taken out. The territory is equipped with a toilet, showers and changing rooms. There is a rental of sports equipment and a small shop with beach accessories. There is a playground with bouncy castle slides and trampolines for children. Adults can have fun on water attractions, ride jet skis, play beach volleyball.
The territory is fenced. The entrance to Jami for guests of the complex is free, the others will have to fork out for 400 rubles per person. This price includes the rental of an umbrella and a sun lounger, as well as the use of all beach facilities during the day. - The Sacred mountain of Shalbuzdag is the main natural Shrine of the Islamic world, a place of pilgrimage for Muslims coming from all over the world to worship the grave of the righteous Suleiman. The way to the top is considered a kind of Muslim Calvary. It is popularly called “The Road Of Desires”. Climbing up is not easy, so you need to really assess their physical capabilities and be sure to take care of comfortable closed shoes.
