Beach description
The main advantage of the island is its long sand spit, which makes the surrounding landscape unique. Virgin Island captivates not only with natural beauties, but also with gastronomic delights. On the beach, merchants offer vacationers fried bananas on a stick, and extreme sea gourmets are waiting for raw sea urchins.
Most of the beach on Virgin Island is hidden at high tide, and from all the natural advantages of the area, only palm trees are visible here. But at low tide, a sand strip of 1 hectare in length opens, on which you can often see starfish. The sand here is white and soft, and clear water is the best suited for snorkeling and exploring colorful fish.
A lot of impressions will be given by an excursion to the nearby islands of Balikasag and Pamilacan, during which you can see dolphins in the wild. Tours from Tagbilaran and Panglao will allow you to get to Virgin Island itself.
When is it better to go
