Siloso beach
Siloso is a popular town beach in Singapore with well-developed infrastructure and great service. There are many cafes, restaurants, discos, night clubs and attractions here. Beach description
Siloso is a crowded and popular beach, with many locals and tourists from all over the world calling it the best beach in Singapore. The resort is located in Sentosa in the south of the island, the coastline is about 3 km long. Snow white sand covers the coast and the sea bottom. The water is clean, warm and transparent, but it can get a bit muddy during storms. There are no waves and wind. The depth rise is sudden.
You can get to the beach by walking from Sentosa, it takes 20 minutes, or, alternatively, quicker if you take a taxi, a car, a bicycle, a sunway or a bus. The resort is located close to a harbor, but it's still clean and well-kept despite that. Tall palm trees grow on the coast, and tourists hide from the heat of the sun in their shadows. This is a multipurpose resort with a long and wide coastline, with enough space for loud groups of young people and families with children. Those who prefer calmer vacations usually visit other beaches of Singapore.
When is it better to go
Singapore – is a state located near the equator, which makes the temperature of air and water is nearly the same on its territory. The climate is tropical monsoon, so it rains all year round. The rainiest time is from November to February, so you should go to Singapore from March to October.

Infrastructure
There's everything a tourist needs for a comfortable vacation here - free entrance, rental store with sunbeds and umbrellas etc. The rent is, however, quite expensive, with a sunbed costing no less than 20 Singapore dollars. Visitors prefer to bring towels on the beach instead. Many bars, cafes with terraces, souvenir shops and stores operate on the coast. Food has an above average price tag here, so guests bring their own to save money. Tourists enjoy and spend their time in any of the numerous night clubs, bars, discos and pizzerias.
Singapore is a developed industrial city-country with many accomodation options: there are apartments, 3-star hotels, camping sites, hostels etc. Accomodation is usually booked in coastal and city hotels of various comfortableness levels. To save some money, it's wise to book a hotel suite and a transfer to it beforehand - two months or even half a year before your trip. The suites have various prices depending on the hotel itself and the service.
Toilets, changing rooms, lockers with passwords where visitors can store their belongings, showers - all of that is located 300 m away from the beach. A first-aid post operates at the resort every day, and rescue workers, with their work day from 9:00 to 19:00, make sure everyone is safe. The coastline is thoroughly inspected before opening. Singapore sees a lot of tropical rain, and a covered pavilion that was installed for that occasion can save tourists from the weather.
Many volleyball courts are set up on the beach for those who want to do sports. Those who crave adrenaline can try their free flight skills on the "Flying Trapeze" attraction. Another breathtaking attraction is MegaZip. It's a flight on a 450 m long rope, 72 m above the sea level. Alternatives include:

- water skiing.
Children areas are set up on the coast: there are attractions, slides, swing sets and trampolines. A harbor is located near the coast which is why you can often see ships drifting in the sea.

A breathtaking laser show "Wings of Time" is organized on the Siloso coast in the evenings. The southernmost point of continental Asia is located near the resort - tourists can make their way there by a special hanging bridge with a magnificent view. Tourist electric trams - Beach Trams - ride along the coastline every 15 minutes.
