Beach description
Tanjong, with its famous Tanjong Beach Club, is home to the annual beach Full Moon Parties. Tourists enjoy concerts in the club, swim in the pools, sunbathe on sunbeds and try cocktails in the local bar. White sand covers the coastline, and the water in the lagoon is azure. The beach is solitary and shallow, with no stones on the sea bottom. There are no waves and winds are rare. Tall coconut palm trees grow around the resort.
You can get to the beach by walking from Sentosa, taking a taxi, by local bus, electric tram or the Sentosa Express monorail. The accomodation is provided by local town hotels, or on the coast itself, with the price of 300 dollars. You can save some money and find a cheaper option if you book your suite two months or half a year before the trip.
