Nang Thong beach

The coastline of Nang Tong Beach is long and wide. The coast stretches for 3 kilometers along the Khao Lak National Park and the stone cape. Сoarse yellow sand lies on the southern coast of the beach, there are interspersed stones and shells in the water boulders. The water is clear and transparent, with an azure hue. Depth increases gradually. There is practically no natural shade on the coast; most plants are located far away from the water.

Nang Thong Beach is a place where waves rise at any time of the year, strong winds happen from time to time. Winter conditions here are suitable for swimming; storms occur in summer. You can swim in the northern and southern areas of the coast at low and high tides - the beach is deep, children will not feel comfortable swimming here. The sand is clean, there is no debris.

For tourists there are numerous hotels with different levels of comfort on the beach and along the coast. There is a rental of umbrellas and sunbeds at restaurants and cafes, the cost of the service may vary. In some institutions, you will have to pay 50-100 baht for a deck chair, in another it is enough to order food or drinks. Toilets and showers are available only at hotels.
