Half Moon Bay is a wild beach located on the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is surrounded by small limestone cliffs protecting the coast from the cold wind and large waves. Palm and Casuarina trees and lush grass grow on its territory. This beach has the following advantages:
- large size - more than 1.2 kilometers in length and up to 115 meters in width;
- good location - Half Moon Bay is located between uninhabited islands, in an isolated area with perfect ecology;
- beautiful waters - the ocean is painted in bright blue. Its average daily temperature varies from 240°C (in winter) to 29°C (in summer);
- silence and order - there is no garbage, annoying businessmen, regulars of bars and night clubs.
There are places with a smooth set of depth and shallow water on the beach. Limestone caves available for visiting are next to it.
Half Moon Bay is popular among cruise tourists, boaters, fans of a quiet and secluded vacation. It is also visited as part of excursion trip programs and tours of Turks and Caicos Islands. This coast is located 2 kilometers from Providenciales - the most populated and developed part of the archipelago.

Rains mainly fall in winter, the average annual rainfall is 520mm. Powerful trade winds are observed 365 days a year. A particularly strong wind appears in August and September. Water temperature does not fall below 22-25 °C. In the warm season, it heats up to 30 °C.
