Berenice beach
Berenice Beach Club is a private beach in Jordan, located in the port city of Aqaba on coast of the Red Sea. Berenice is not only a beach, it is a beach complex, which is represented by a developed infrastructure in the form of places for active rest, a beach area, a restaurant, a bar, a souvenir shop, a hotel, pools, showers, a toilet, as well as a playground in the shade of trees.

Beach description
The entry to the beach is paid. Berenice Beach has a length of about 500 m along the sea. Sandy coating with lots of shell and shingle. The entry into the sea is smooth, but rocky, corals and sea urchins can be found, so it is recommended to enter the water in special shoes, aqua shoes. The sea is bright blue, mostly calm without high waves. The water is crystal clear, which allows to get acquainted with marine life and coral reefs during diving and snorkeling. Unlike other beaches in Aqaba, tourists mostly rest on Berenice, it is possible to meet locals only on weekends.
Also in the beach club Berenice boat trips are held, the conditions for water skiing, parasailing, yachting, etc. are organized. There is a low pontoon for diving on the beach.
When is it better to go?
The best time to travel to Jordan is late spring and early autumn, when you will not be bothered by the heat or long rains.
