Beaches in West Asia

Al Corniche Beach is located on the Persian Gulf coastline in one of the most budgetary emirates of Sharjah. Al Corniche is a free beach, that is popular with both tourists and locals.

Jumeirah Beach is located in Dubai, which is facing the Persian Gulf.

This beach is located on the western top end of Socotra Island. It stretches along the small bay of the Gulf of Aden, which, when viewed from a height, is practically of a regular drop-shaped form. The beach is enclosed by a national park from the east, and therefore, if desired, it is possible to meet completely unique animals; in the wet period - primarily butterflies.

Ras Al Hadd is a 12 km long sandy beach in the east of Oman, situated in Ash Sharqiyah region, about 2,5 hours away from Muscat. The beach borders the Al Hajar mountain range on the west. Ras Al Hadd is typically crowded during weekends, so those who prefer solitude are advised to visit during weekdays when there aren't as many guests. You can get to the beach from Sur by taxi or rented car.

The beach strip in Batumi stretches along the entire coast of the bay - from Batumi Sea Port to Batumi International Airport. It includes popular landscaped areas located in the central part of the city and peripheral secluded places with a minimum of infrastructure. The total length of the beach is more than 10 km, the width in some parts is 30-50 m.

The beach is located on the west coast of Lebanon, 30 km away from the country's capital Beirut. It's the main public beach of Byblos (Jbeil), one of the oldest towns in the world. Unique cultural and historical monuments that are centuries old are located near the beach. These monuments include the old castle of crusaders, with an amazing view of the surroundings opening from there, a Roman theater, royal tombs, ruins of ancient temples and an archaeological museum where excavations take place to this day.

Green Cape is a beach area located next to the famous Batumi Botanical Garden, just 9 km from Batumi. The beach owes its name to the resort village of Mtsvane Kontskhi (translated from Georgian - Green Cape), which is a part of the territory of the village. Green Cape is one of the most picturesque beaches of Adjara, it is very popular among Batumi residents and tourists who want to enjoy the privacy and beautiful Georgian nature.

Haql is a wild beach covered with light cream sand. In its waters rests a huge ship wrecked 20 years ago. Also, this place is famous for rocky peaks, lifeless dunes, bright and gentle sun. The local shore offers excellent views of the Sinai mountains.

Gonio is a beach about 2 km long, located in the resort village of the same name, 10 km from Batumi. This is the first beach in a chain of small but cozy resorts stretching up to the Turkish border. Gonio is recognized as one of the best beaches in Adjara. It is comfortable and cozy and attracts tourists with its clean coastline, clear water, picturesque views of the mountains and the sea, a pleasant atmosphere of solitude. And if you want to return to civilization, the hustle and bustle of resort life, then go to Batumi which is near at hand.

Coral Beach is located on the Red Sea, 6 km from Eilat in a unique marine reserve. The coastline is covered with volcanic sand. Israel’s largest coral reef with a length of about 1.2 km is located off the coast.

The beaches of the suburb of Tel Aviv Bat Yam with a total length of about 3.5 km are located along the magnificent promenade lined with comfortable hotels, cafes and restaurants. Bat Yam beach is a rather expensive resort with high prices for accommodation, services, entertainment and shopping. In the swimming season, prices reach a peak, so there is no large concentration of vacationers on the beaches. The resort lives a calm and normal life.

It is located on the west coast of Georgia in the immediate vicinity of the Turkish border. There is a highway connecting the two countries near the beach, and Sarpi is a little higher in the mountains. Batumi, the main resort of Georgia, can be reached from the beach in fifteen minutes by any passing minibus, so tourists staying in Sarpi can easily combine a quiet relaxing holiday with a varied evening entertainment.

Al Mamzar Beach is located on the outskirts of Dubai and stretches to the very border with the city of Sharjah.

Alma beach is a secluded beach on the southern outskirts of Tel Aviv on the banks of Charles Clore Park, from where you can see the ancient buildings of old Jaffa.

The beach zone of Saadiyat, almost 9 km long, is located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in the metropolitan emirate of Abu Dhabi.
