Göynük beach is located in the northern part of the popular resort town of Kemer in the Turkish Riviera.

Beach description
The beach mostly consists of pebbles mixed with rocks and gray sand. There are several four and five star hotels between Göynük and parallel road. There are sun loungers, public showers and toilets on the beach. There are no gastronomic offers - all guests are served at the hotel. However, there are restaurants and snack bars along the road near the beach.
On Göynük you can get such entertainment as jumping into the water, fishing and watching the waves. Due to the surface characteristics it is not very convenient to jog, play volleyball or football here. But on the beach you can go snorkeling-the water is very clean and clear.
Especially tourists are fascinated by the view from the beach. Within good weather, you can observe not only Kemer, but also Antalya, lying on the horizon. Those who prefer an active holiday to the sea, are engaged in windsurfing here. Beginners ride the waves in summer, and professionals-in winter.
When is it better to go
A comfortable time for a trip to the Turkish seaside resorts – is from July to September. The air temperature in this period rises to + 40 °C, the water warms up to + 30 °C. However, you need to be prepared for a huge influx of tourists.
