The coastline is covered with fine golden and sometimes white sand. The entry to the sea is gentle. The bottom is sandy and safe for bare feet. One of the most comfortable sections of the beach line is Stone Beach. It is located in the central part of the promenade in a small bay closed from the waves. An additional means of protection is a long stone breakwater which provides comfortable conditions for families with children. There is always calm water and very shallow. There are many vacationers with children and people of respectable age who prefer not to take risks in deep and dangerous places.
In high season, dangerous blue jellyfish which can cause paralysis on contact swim ashore. It is dangerous for children to even be in the water where invertebrates of this species swam. Burns may appear on the skin. Fans of deep-sea bathing enjoy remote open water beaches where it is often windy, and waves are quite suitable for surfing rise.
The beaches are well equipped. There are rental points for sunbeds, umbrellas, chaise lounges, showers, toilets, sun awnings. Paid parking is provided outside the territory. On weekdays, the place costs 30 shekels a day, on weekends - 40. All beaches have rescues. There are towers with flags indicating the level of swimming safety. In full calm, white flags are hung out, in windy weather with high waves - red ones, with a storm warning signaling a ban on swimming - black ones.
Bat Yam beaches are popular, but there are no crowds of vacationers due to the length of the coastline. You can always find a comfortable free corner on the background of the embankment twined with decorative greenery.

Israel is located in a subtropical climate zone of the Mediterranean type, the characteristic features of which are mild winters and very hot summers.
