Byblos

The beach is located on the west coast of Lebanon, 30 km away from the country's capital Beirut. It's the main public beach of Byblos (Jbeil), one of the oldest towns in the world. Unique cultural and historical monuments that are centuries old are located near the beach. These monuments include the old castle of crusaders, with an amazing view of the surroundings opening from there, a Roman theater, royal tombs, ruins of ancient temples and an archaeological museum where excavations take place to this day.

Is located on Lebanon western coast and is the only municipal beach of Beirut, the capital of the country. In recent years this place became a real battlefield for public organizations and private developers, who want to turn this are into private resort. Tyre Beach is located on the south coast of Lebanon and is the main public beach of Tyre, the 4th biggest city of Lebanon. This is one of the best beaches in the country, on par with the resorts of the Mediterranean in both beauty and comfortableness. Tyre destroys all the stereotypes one might have when visiting a Muslim country. This is due to the fact that there's a quite large Christian community that lives in the city. So it's not forbidden to wear bikini on the beach, and alcohol is also available to order in the coastal cafes and restaurants. The coastline is divided into two zones, for the visitors' convenience - Christian and Muslim.
