Al Bateen beach

Al Bateen stretches for 800 meters, is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and has a good view of the island of Hudayriyat. Local residents and foreign tourists often go here to play beach volleyball or engage in active water sports such as kayaking, rowing or jet skiing.

After the restoration in 2012, the beach became even more attractive for vacationers. The territory of Al-Batin is divided into two main sections. One is for the general public, the other is for families only (patrolled by a rescue team in the daytime).

Convenient is the location of Al Bateen - it is located in a quiet area where city bustle does not reach. This is one of the few beaches in Abu Dhabi to enjoy the views of untouched nature.

Al-Bateen’s infrastructure is also at a level - there are several decent cafes, sun loungers, more than 100 parking spaces for private vehicles, changing rooms and showers.

When is the best time to go

The climate of the Emirates is influenced by two factors: the sea and desert, making it dry in the summer and humid and windy in the winter. On the Gulf coast, the high season lasts from October to April. The best months to travel are March and November. At this time, the most comfortable temperature is held. Water - +25˚, air - +32˚.
