Martinique beach is 250 m long and 5 m wide. The beach has a shallow rocky surface and a gentle entrance about 3 m long. The bottom in the coastal zone is pebbly, the water is clean and transparent. Swimming lessons for children are held here during the peak season, making it convenient for families. Beautiful nature and calm environment make Martinique beach attractive for couples and companies.
Infrastructure of Martinique beach is represented by benches, garbage cans, restaurant and bar. There are no toilets, showers and changing rooms. The beach area has no natural shade, so going here, you should take care of a beach umbrella or tent. There are apartments and hotels not far from the beach of Martinique, just 300 meters away. Also there is the Dominican monastery, where you can hide from the scorching sun during the day.
When is the best time to go?
Although the summer in Croatia is hot (the temperature can rise up to 30 degrees), but thanks to the sea breezes it is very pleasant - the best time for a beach holiday. If you want to see the sights of this country rich in historical events, it is better to choose tours in spring or autumn: firstly, the weather is comfortable, and secondly, there are not so many tourists in these times of the year, which positively affects prices.
