Prigorodnoye Beach
Prigorodnoye Beach is one of the most popular places for beach holidays in Sakhalin. It is located about 50 km from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and only 2 km from the city of Korsakov, and the proximity to the highway makes it one of the most easily accessible (but only by car) coasts in the region. This beach is especially popular among families with children in combination with a fairly developed infrastructure and warm waters.

The best time to relax on the Far East coast – is July and August. At this time, the temperature of water and air reaches maximum levels: about + 20 °C on land and slightly lower in the ocean. Summer in Primorye is rather short and foggy, especially in the southern regions – the humidity there is much higher, which also contributes to a comfortable rest.

- There is a cozy cafe next to the parking lot. There are many merchants, so you can always buy drinks, ice cream, cakes in the peak season on the coast.
This is one of the few Sakhalin coasts where swimming is most safe, as the coast is controlled by rescuers. Every half-hour they cruise on a boat along the coast. It is best to stay in the nearest town to the beach Korsakov.

- You can get to the Prigorodnoye Beach from the city of Korsakov just 15-20 minutes by car. The coast is located parallel to the highway and almost near it.
