The whole territory is covered with thick tropical forests with numerous paths for trekking. The local entertainment for travelers is walking through the jungle and hills to the waterfall and observation platforms with panoramic views of the nearby Islands and the ocean.
Koh Rawi has the best sandy and stony beach in Thailand. Popular water activities: diving and snorkeling. The nearby reefs are home to exotic fish, moray eels and turtles, which will be of interest to researchers of the sea depths.
People get to Koh Rawi from Koh Lipe by boat, the distance is 7km. There are no guesthouses and bungalows, no touristic infrastructure, so befor coming here people should take necessary things with. Tourists can settle in a camping after approval and payment of the place in the park administration. Koh Rawi is not crowded island which is not very popular among most tourists.
When is it better to go
The period from November to March is considered the high season in Thailand. Comfortable air temperature, as well as minimal rainfall create optimal conditions for a beach holiday.
