Mambo beach
Is a public beach of Willemstad, located near an oceanarium. The entrance is paid for children and adults.

Beach description
The shore is covered with clean white sand. The descent into the sea is flat, the bottom is sandy. A long stone pier protects the water area from the high waves. The territory has all the infrastructural objects:
- sun loungers and umbrellas (rental is not included in the ticket price),
- showers,
- toilets,
- changing booths,
- bars,
- restaurants,
- cafes,
- casinos,
- diving centers,
- rental points for boats, jet skis and catamarans.
Along the beach there are several hotels with private areas, which are available not only for hotel guests. The cost of renting hotel beach equipment is different. A set of two sun loungers and an umbrella can cost from $5 to $20.
Mambo beach is extremely popular. It's especially crowded at the weekend, when locals join tourists. A lot of youth, families with children, older people. For children there are several playgrounds, there is an inflatable trampoline in the center of the beach. There is a children's amusement park near Mambo.
Youth is attracted by Mambo Beach Club which holds parties, discos and shows. On weekends, the fun lasts till the morning.
When is it better to go
The best time for a beach holiday in Curacao lasts almost all year round – from December to September. The air temperature does not exceed + 30 °C, the water warms up to + 28 °C. During this period, it is sunny and dry on the island. From the beginning of September to December, monsoon showers are poured in Curacao, but even this time is quite suitable for relaxation, since showers take place mainly at night, and sunny weather sets in the afternoon.
