Ambergris Caye beach
Ambergris Caye is a beach area on the island of the same name, the largest in Belize. It is a sandy strip surrounded by mangrove forests. The beach is located in the western Caribbean, a quarter mile from the Barrier Reef, the second largest coral wall in the world. Beautiful landscapes, a clear turquoise sea, white sand and rich underwater fauna inhabiting coral reefs attract many tourists here.

When is the best time to go?
The dry period in Belize lasts from February to April, the rest of the time there is the rainy season (the heaviest rainfalls occur in August), and in the north it is much drier than in the south. If you are not afraid of the raging elements, then the best time to travel is – from December to May, when the rains are already insignificant, and the temperature is kept at 29-30 degrees.
