Skadovsk beach
The resort of Skadovsk has invaluable natural resources and a healthy microclimate. To get access to healing mud, mineral water, iodine and bromine rich air you need to drive only 94 km south of Kherson.

Beach description
The long and wide coastline of the resort is covered with imported sand and is divided by the port into two parts. To the right is a section of Central Beach with plenty of water attractions, cafes and bars. The paid sector is equipped with awnings and sunbeds. The children's beach is located on the left side of the port. It is interesting not only by the pool and slides for kids, but also by the availability of services. Renting beach furniture and sports equipment is half the price here.
The beach is equipped with toilets, showers, changing rooms, garbage cans and sports grounds. Visitors are offered to ride catamarans and banana boats, horseback riding, ATV racing. There is a city amusement park with a Ferris wheel in the beach area.
The sea is shallow along the coastline, with a flat bottom. In some places, concrete steps lead into the water. Well warmed up water area attracts not only tourists but also a lot of animals (shrimps, fish, dolphins).
When is it better to go
The swimming season on Ukrainian beaches begins in early June and lasts until the end of September. Particularly in this period, tourists rush to the resort cities to enjoy the hot and sunny weather on the scenic coast.
