Gun beach
Gun is a sandy beach located 3.5 km north of Guam tourist center. The beach is popular with fans of diving and snorkelling. Families with children, young people, gastronomic tourists also rest here. There are a lot of people here on weekends.

Beach description
It has the following peculiarities:
- small size - just over 400 m long and up to 10 m wide;
- picturesque nature - the beach is decorated with high rocks, palm trees, evergreen shrubs and coral reefs;
- a smooth depth set starts 10 steps from the ocean;
- interesting flora - exotic fish species, blue sea stars, giant mollusks live in local waters;
- a lot of entertainment - a few km from Ghana there is a water park, a giant aquarium, two amusement parks.
On the beach there are toilets, changing cabins, two bars with a wide range of drinks. There are also continental, Japanese and local restaurants. In 3.5 km from Gana there is a car rental center, a shopping center, about a dozen cafes and hotels. The surface and bottom of Gana are covered with soft sand. Occasionally, sharp stones are caught here, because of which tourists are recommended to wear protective slippers. From the local shore, you will enjoy a wonderful view of Guam's hills, endless ocean and the multi-story buildings of Tumon.
Gana can be reached on foot (from Tumon), by private transportation by taxi.
When is the best time to go?
Typhoons in Guam are intermittent and the weather is warm all year round. The best time to visit is the dry season - from January to June.
