Bathing Lagoon beach

Bathing Lagoon, surrounded by coconut palms and crystal clear sea is one of the best beaches of Kiribati. It is located on the largest coral island – Kiritimati. It's easy to get to Bathing Lagoon from the airport by taxi or hired car.

Bathing Lagoon is covered with white sand and is located on the shore of an isolated lagoon, water here is absolutely calm, without waves. The bottom of the lagoon is covered with sand and coral pieces, so it is better to go into the water shod. The territory of the beach is equipped with beach umbrellas and sun loungers, close to the beach there is a hotel. In Bathing Lagoon tourists can take beautiful pictures, take part in sea fishing, take a boat tour, sunbath and swim, learn about features of local life.
