East Coast beach
East Coast is a popular 10 km long beach on the territory of the park of the same name, located in the northeast of Singapore. Tall palm trees surround the resort. The beach is crowded during weekends, with less visitors during weekdays.

The coastline is sandy, the descent is smooth and the sea is warm and clean. There are no waves and wind. The infrastructure is very well-developed. Many restaurants, cafes, snack bars and regular bars operate for the visitors' convenience. Umbrellas, sunbeds, changing rooms, toilets and showers are available. Numerous hotels on the coast offer suites of various cost and comfortableness level, there are camping spots. An unusual accomodation option - romantic tents where one can stay the night - is available to the visitors.
You can get to the beach by bus or subway. A parking lot is available for those who drive their own cars. Rescue workers monitor and guarantee the safety of visitors. The entrance is free, accessing Mana Mana Beach Club will cost an additional fee. The club offers an opportunity to relax, have a snack, dance and try a cocktail. Parties and occasional concerts are organized in the evening. Travellers partake in sailing, underwater swimming and kayaking on the beach.
When is it better to go
Singapore – is a state located near the equator, which makes the temperature of air and water is nearly the same on its territory. The climate is tropical monsoon, so it rains all year round. The rainiest time is from November to February, so you should go to Singapore from March to October.
