Suan Son beach

Suan Son beach is a zone of sand 10-20 meters wide, after which there is grass with trees, where you can hide in the shade. Some hotels also have umbrellas with sun loungers. It is most beautiful in the eastern part of the beach, where opens a picturesque view of the island of Koh Samet. In fact, Suan Son is not much different from other beaches in the province, it is cleaned, but not very carefully, the infrastructure is not too developed, but there are shops, cafes and hotels. Usually, there are few people on the beach, so it is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the sea. A feature of Suan Son is the presence of a casuarins strip.

The sand on this beach is off-white, there is a shoot of greenery in some places. There are no stones and silt in the sand, the entrance is smooth. To enter waist-deep, an adult will have to walk a minimum of 20 meters. The water is clear in calm weather. Often there is wind, which prevents vacationers from resting. To get to Suan Son Beach, you need to go along Sukhumvit east (towards Cambodia) and turn onto highway 3300. This highway will lead to the beach.

When is it better to go

The busy season on Rayong's beaches falls between November and March. The weather becomes drier and cooler and more comfortable than in the rainy season.
