Mali Bok beach
The beach is located on the eastern part of the island of Cres in Kvarner bay. The island is considered to be the largest and most beautiful in the bay, with unique views and nature. In particular, the beach is located in the northern part of national park of Mali Bok.

Beach description
The place itself is squeezed between small steep rocks. It consists almost entirely of fine and medium size pebbles. Sometimes (more often in nearshore water) there're large rocks that don't have sharp edges, like all others in Mali Bok. Its size is only about one hundred and fifty meters along the sea, and fifty meters in the widest point. The sea in this place remains shallow at a distance of almost half a kilometer. And only then it gains the famous depths of Kvarner, allowing even ocean ships to sail.
You can get to the place from any large settlement on the island. The most convenient place for transfer is the town of Cres. You can also get to the beach by water. But only in case if you buy an individual tour or rent a yacht somewhere on the mainland.
When is the best time to go?
Although the summer in Croatia is hot (the temperature can rise up to 30 degrees), but thanks to the sea breezes it is very pleasant - the best time for a beach holiday. If you want to see the sights of this country rich in historical events, it is better to choose tours in spring or autumn: firstly, the weather is comfortable, and secondly, there are not so many tourists in these times of the year, which positively affects prices.
