Located in the south-eastern part of France on the coast of the Mediterranean. It is located on the territory of an enormous naturist colony well-known outside the country. It was founded after the World War II by Oltra brothers who were growing olives on these lands and noticed that people who like to take sun baths naked often come to this beach. Entrepreneurs supported this idea and arranged a small nudist camping on the beach, and when the beach general reconstruction started in 1970, insisted on turning Cap d'Agde into the comprehensive naturist resort. Today, it occupies a large territory with residential houses, condominiums, hotels, stores, clubs, bars, restaurants, SPA salon, sport playgrounds and the wonderful two-kilometer sand beach, one of the best in this region.
