Romano Palace Luxury Hotel
The hotel is close to the airport, something about a 10-minute drive away. It is close to Catania, the main motorways of Sicily pass by. To get to the own Romano Palace beach, you need to cross the road or take the shuttle. There is fine sand, a gentle entry into the water, which is convenient for families with children. Also, there is a freshwater pool with white chairs on site.
The hotel building is on two floors, in the Moorish style, decorated with original elements. The territory is well-groomed, green, with palm trees and pomegranates. Nearby there is a park where it is nice to walk or run in the morning. Employees will park your car, carry luggage.
Rooms are in good conditions, spacious. Bathrooms are small but well maintained, with amenities. Mattresses and pillows are great. The ground floor rooms open onto a mini-garden with a table and armchairs, the suites have a large balcony with a seating area.
Guests have breakfast on the roof while watching the view of mount Etna. There is no particular variety, although the menu has strawberries and sparkling wine. The restaurant serves Sicilian cuisine. There are many fish dishes prepared in the spirit of Italian classics. Wi-Fi does not always cope with the load, but the gym works great.
