Mooloolaba beach
The golden sandy beach of Mooloolaba washed by the clear waters is a dream for those who want to spend a vacation with the whole family. The numerous facilities of Mululaba Beach include:

In the beach northern part, there is a surfing club (founded in 1923) and guarded parking lots. On the southern edge, the line of facilities servicing boat events in Mululaba are situated. A yacht pier with a car paring lot are situated withing the 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Walking along the picturesque beach, you will see many first class cafes, stores, and restaurants. Numerous hotels and apartments are waiting for their guests.
'As a rule, waves on Mululaba Beach are maximum one meter high, and they can be lower that 0.5 m at the haven entry. These are the optimal conditions for body surfing. Unexperienced swimmers should stay away from dangerous places on the northern edge (opposite to the rocks where strong currents are formed). The remaining territory of the beach area is perfect for swimming, fishing, boat trips and hiking.
When is it better to go
The busiest swimming season in Australia lasts from December to February. In this summer, for the southern latitudes, the mainland heats up to 25-30 °C, in places up to 40 °C. In winter (June to August) the air is cooled down to 11 °C. May and September are considered the best beach months with a cloudless sky and not too active sun.
