Fafa Island beach
Fafa is an island with spacious beaches which is located on on the island of Tongatapu in the Kingdom of Tonga. This is a real paradise where the whole families come.

Beach description
The shore is covered with fine white sand. Picturesque views: high palms and a lot of space for recreation. The lowering of the bottom is smooth, the water in the ocean is warm, clear and clean.
Tourists can book a room in the only Fafa Island Resort Hotel. Tourists wishing to visit the beach come here for one day. Various tour operators organize islands excursions on local attractions. The price of the tour is about 40$, including the ride, guide service and a lunch. They start from Nukualofa, the capital of the Kingdom.
The boat to Fafa runs daily at 11am from Faua Wharf and runs back at 4pm. One way trip takes half an hour.
When is it better to go
The beaches of the Tonga archipelago have a predominantly humid tropical climate. There are no temperature fluctuations in the northern islands, and in the south they are – within 5 degrees. February – is the hottest month, during the day the temperature rises to 30 - 32 degrees Celsius. Between July and September it is cooler. The rainy season lasts from November to April. Powerful tropical cyclones unfold at this time on the archipelago, the weather is stormy. The best time for recreation on the beaches of Tonga is the period from May to October.
