Beach description
The resort is uncrowded, calm and quiet. Swimming on Pasir Hitam is prohibited. The coastline is 30 m long and 10 m wide. A playground for children is installed on the coast, as well as shops, cafes, stalls with souvenirs and beach equipment. There are no hotels, bungalows or any other accomodation types at the resort.
Pasir Hitam is a well-known resort present in any tour guidebook. A highway, a parking lot and rows of shops are located near the coast. A mosque is considered to be the local sight, with signs leading to it. People visit Pasir Hitam for a short time, just to look at the unique black sand and take memorable photos.
When is it better to go
There are no sudden changes in temperature on the beaches of Malaysia's and possible to relax on the islands all year round. There is no particular season of rains and winds, precipitation is distributed depending on the month of the year and the region of the country.
