Beach description
At the park entrance there is a bureau where visitors must register and purchase a reserve map. The path to Teluk Kampi passes through the dense forest along the shore at the wooden decks, dirt hiking and suspension trails and bridges. Children under 10 years of age it is better not to take.
Despite its remoteness, Teluk Kampi beach is extremely popular. Lovers of ecotourism and wild reserved areas prefer to rest here. Infrastructure is sparse, as the beach is a nesting place for sea turtles. There are rental boats and equipment for diving, scuba diving, snorkeling. Sea descent is flat, the bottom is sandy. The sea is clean and calm. There is a campsite beach nearby where you can settle for a few days. Among the popular leisure ways- swimming, sunbathing, hiking deep into the park, climbing, rare animals and birds observation.
Going to Teluk Kampi Beach in the National Park, you should wear comfortable clothes and shoes, take food and drinks, rain cover to protect against sudden rains, hats, beach mat and umbrella, snorkeling or diving equipment. Guests must obtain permission from the park administration to stay at the campsite.
When is it better to go
There are no sudden changes in temperature on the beaches of Malaysia's and possible to relax on the islands all year round. There is no particular season of rains and winds, precipitation is distributed depending on the month of the year and the region of the country.
