Ko Phai beach
Ko Phai Island (or as it is often called in guidebooks Bamboo island) is a part of Mu Koh Phai archipelago, its length is almost 4 km, width-up to 1.5 km.

Beach description
In the central part the island is covered with forest, the main part of the coast it is rocky cliffs, there is a lighthouse at the highest point of the island. Tourist boats with a capacity of up to 80 people ply constantly from the mainland to Ko Phai, duration of the trip from Pattaya is about 2 hours.
There are many beautiful coral reefs around the island. To enjoy the colorful underwater inhabitants and the sunken ship, you need to go down with scuba diving or dive with a mask and snorkel. Staying on the island for a night is prohibited, as Ko Phai is controlled by the Royal Thai Navy, which takes care of preserving its nature.
When is it better to go
High season on the beaches of Pattaya falls from November to March. The weather becomes drier and cooler and more comfortable than in the rainy season.
