Baby Beach

The shore of a shallow artificial lagoon is covered with fine white sand. The entrance to the water is very long, gentle. The bottom is sandy. Clean, clear and calm water. There is no any waves. The water level in the deepest place barely reaches the belt of an adult. Children play for hours in shallow water without the slightest risk of catching a cold. Adults can also take a swim, but swimming outside the lagoon is dangerous, because strong currents pass in these places. Baby Beach is suitable for snorkeling. There are rocky areas where you can watch clusters of bright tropical fish. The beach is quite crowded. Among vacationers, most of all are families with children, but you can also come across enthusiastic search for interesting snorkeling spots. At the weekend, locals come to the beach.

On Baby Beach there is a snack bar, rental points for deck chairs and umbrellas. Awnings for relaxation in the shade are equipped. You can rent ATVs for driving alone the beach. There are no any hotels nearby. In the background of Baby Beach towers of the oil refinery rise slightly spoiling the impression of relaxation, but the view of the shore and lagoon is extremely picturesque.

When is it better to go

Aruba is an island of hemiclastic origin in the Caribbean, which lie in the subequatorial climate zone. Almost imperceptible changes in seasonal temperatures, a slight amount of precipitation throughout the year, and constant trade winds are very typical here. Aruba is located outside the hurricane belt. Daytime air temperature does not exceed + 32 °C all year round; at night it does not fall below + 25 °C. Water temperature – is about + 30 °C. You can go to Aruba at almost any time of the year, except for a short period from October to December (the rainy season).
